Welcome to Malga Costa

Our alpine hut is located at 1,750 m, surrounded by large alpine meadows and in the immediate vicinity of a beautiful pond. The view of the surrounding mountains, Latemar, Catinaccio, Sciliar, Corno Nero and Corno Bianco invites you to simply let your soul dangle. We will coddle you with local delicacies and seasonal specialties.

You can reach us, whether from Nova Ponente (Deutschnofen), or from Passo Lavaze (Lavazèjoch). From Passo Lavaze you can reach by a very simple hiking trail (about 30 minutes, also with a pram in summer) the Malga Costa.

In winter our hut offers cross-country skiing, hiking and sledging, or even snow shoe hiking. Sledging is only possible if snow conditions permit.

From the Lavazèjoch the cross-country ski run leads directly to the Liegalm and on foot you can reach us on a path through the snow-covered winter landscape.
